The City of Ann Arbor is putting out for bids a contract for testing for the concrete on the Barton Dam. This is the bid document plus Addendum 2 to the bid document. This addendum includes, as a condition of award, the requirement that all contractors and subcontractors execute a CUB Agreement with the Washtenaw County Skilled Building Trades Council. Addendum 2 supersedes Addendum 1 in its entirety.
