This motion asks the Michigan Court of Appeals to reconsider its decision in Howell Education Assocation v. Howell Board of Education which ruled that personal email sent on government computing systems was exempt from FOIA requirements.

Intervenor-appellee Chetly Zarko filed this motion, asking the court to reconsider its decision in light of oral arguments made during the original decision which were not challenged by the defendant.
