3. Records of "fire inspection reports" as mentioned in the above paragraph for the MRF, for calendar year 2016;
4. Any "Fire Department Incident Records" for fires in calendar year 2016 at the MRF; specifically for a fire of unknown date in early June 2016 referenced in that paragraph.
