City of Ypsilanti Resolution 2009-193 is a request to the Ann Arbor Transportation Authority to freeze AATA rates at 2009 levels through June 2011, to cut service on route 5 and reduce hours on routes 10 and 11, and to have the AATA allocate a portion of Federal stimulus money to make up a FY 2009 shortfall.
