On February 19, 2009, the City of Ann Arbor granted to Glenn Thompson the request for "E. Stadium bridge inspection forms or reports submitted to MDOT" and "report from Northwest Consultants Inc. on the condition of the E Stadium bridges".
The reports show the results of a February 10, 2009 inspection by Northwest Consultants of the E. Stadium bridges, and include a November 2008 estimate for repair (not replacement) of these bridges for a sum of $401,000 to address the "critical condition" of the superstructure of the bridge.
