| Description | Drawings accompanying Fuller Road Station plans approved by Ann Arbor City Council. Memorandum Attached for your consideration is a resolution to approve the Fuller Road Station: Master Concept Plan, authorize continued effort on the Fuller Road Station: Phase One Concept Plan, amend the existing project budget, and amend the existing agreement with JJR, LLC. Council approved Resolution #R-09-343 authorizing Professional Services with JJR, LLC in the amount of $541,717.00 for conceptual design, environmental assessment and engineering services related to the Fuller Road Station project. Deliverable Number One of this effort was to confirm the Phase One Concept Plan and identify the Phase One development footprint. That effort has been completed and was presented to the Council at the October 12, 2009 Working Session and is now on the Council agenda for approval. Presented and approved as resolution 09-1089 on Nov 9, 2009. |
