The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure (Committee) is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., in room 2167 of the Rayburn House Office Building to receive testimony on the recent Enbridge pipeline failure in Marshall, Michigan. The failure resulted in the release of an estimated one million gallons of crude oil into Talmadge Creek and the Kalamazoo River.
