This is a February 26, 2008 memo from a City Senior Project Manager to Manager Homayoon Pirooz about the City's evaluation and analysis of the state of the Stadium Bridges prior to reconstruction. Of particular note, at page 4 the author explains that the project has been delayed by the Ward 4 Council members' failure to appoint the required Citizens Advisory Committee.
