In July 2014, Ann Arbor city administrator Steve Powers selected the real estate broker CBRE to market the site for future development. In February 2015, CBRE issued an offering memorandum with a May 2015 deadline to submit proposals. City councilmembers were given the comparison chart on June 12, 2015. |
