Description	The City of Ann Arbor has terminated its contract with ReCommunity, the operator of the city's Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), based on the City's findings that the operator was not running a safe facility. The files in this collection detail observations and photographs of the problems found at the MRF in June and July 2016, including safety and hazard conditions and equipment in poor states of repair and other maintenance issues. Some of the inspections were done by a a city contractor, Proficient Training and Consulting.
