Gary Cudney, a Senior Vice President at Carl Walker Inc., had been part of the IPI group that assembled the report, and he shared information and photos from other parking systems. It was helpful to see what steps other communities had taken, and to learn about options for the Ann Arbor system. At this meeting, it was decided that the DDA would explore three elements; signage, management and fencing." |
