2364 - Copies of all text messages, electronic mail (email), and messages sent via social media direct messaging sent by any city of Ann Arbor council members to constituents or other council members regarding the Garnet (325 E. Summit Street), dated November 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019 (including any messages sent to, from or between council members' nongovernmental accounts, because these are also subject to Michigan FOIA). 2365 - Copies of any electronic correspondence between Council Member Kathy Griswold and any sitting Council Member or City Staff including any complaint about, inquiry about, or request for assistance regarding any issues with the CM's text messages on any electronic device used by CM Kathy Griswold. This would include any log entries, hand written notes, or forms used by City Staff. This request is for the time period of November 1, 2018, to the present day, November 6, 2019.
