City of Ann Arbor's document production in response to FOIA 3281, which requested: "Copies of all email correspondence sent by or to any councilmember between April 9, 2021 and April 20, 2021, that discusses or otherwise relates to: (a) Councilmember Hayner's social media post that contained a homophobic slur, which he posted to Facebook on or about April 10, 2021; or (b) draft or final versions of the council resolution titled "4/19/21 Resolution to Remove Councilmember Hayner from Current Appointments" (R-21-142).
