The City of Ann Arbor is seeking the services of an agency (firm, nonprofit organization, private agency) in connection with the development and adoption of a City-wide Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The agency hired will provide consulting services to lead an extensive, inclusive, and innovative community engagement process, develop a new comprehensive plan that identifies community values, milestones, and prioritized implementation steps to achieve a viable, sustainable, diverse, and accessible City, and realize adoption/approval of the Plan by the City Council.
