FOIA Request - 2622 - Vazquez I am requesting an estimate of the overall monetary costs incurred by the City Attorney’s office and any other City department to defend against the "Lowertown suit" filed by Tom Stulberg et al, and Ann Arbor Neighbors for Responsible Devlopment, Inc. (Case No. 19-000381-CK). This would also include any estimates of any and all City Staff time or monetary expenditure spent on the lawsuit, and any costs associated with outside legal consultants. The format of results could be similar to the City’s response to FOIA 1816. FOIA Request - 2623 – Vazquez I am requesting an estimate of the overall monetary costs incurred by the City Attorney’s office and any other City department to defend against the lawsuit filed by Eric B. Lipson on behalf of Anne Bannister and Sumi Kailasapathy regarding the Library Lot. This would also include any estimates of any and all City Staff time or monetary expenditure spent on the lawsuit, and any costs associated with outside legal consultants. The format of results could be similar to the City’s response to FOIA 1816. FOIA Request - 2624 – Vazquez I am requesting an estimate of the overall monetary costs incurred by the City Attorney’s office and any other City department to defend against the lawsuit filed by Thomas Wieder, Patricia Lesko, and Thomas Stulberg regarding FOIA 1980 (Lesko, Patricia et al vs. City of Ann Arbor, Case No. 19-000639-CZ). This would also include any estimates of any and all City Staff time or monetary expenditure spent on the lawsuit, and any costs associated with outside legal consultants. The format of results could be similar to the City’s response to FOIA 1816. FOIA Request - 2625 – Vazquez I am requesting copies of any settlement agreement, or documentation of any forward commitments the city made as a result of the case, if any, between the City of Ann Arbor and Tom Stulberg et al, and Ann Arbor Neighbors for Responsible Development, Inc. (Case No. 19- 000381-CK).
